Vindon’s blood banks are designed to provide stable and reliable temperature control. Our blood bank refrigerators have an even temperature distribution across the entire refrigerating chamber.
With a wide range of capacities from 32 bags upwards, our Blood Bank Refrigerators are environmentally friendly, have independent, adjustable, micro processor based temperature control system and combine innovative design to enable ‘Pass-Through’ dimensions that are suitable for hole in the wall applications.

Compact Blood Banks
Initially designed for bench or table top siting, these cabinets are easily re-locatable. Electrical supply is simply a standard 13 Amp outlet. By specifying the optional castors and special handles these cabinets can actually be used to transport blood from the main blood store to theatre, ward, etc. The excellent insulation qualities and mains independent chart recorder ensure that the blood is protected at all times.
Internal capacities are 32, 64 and 96 blood bags.

Single door blood banks designed, developed and manufactured to meet all the reqirements of BS4376 pt1. Available with single, or dual auto-cycling and refrigeration systems. Sliding drawers permit easy access to blood stored at the rear of the chamber. A wire matrix inside the drawer allows the location of each bag to be uniquely identified.
Internal capacities are 160 and 200 blood bags.
