STABILITY STORAGE ROOMS |

walk in rooms We design and build validatable controlled environment room systems that provide the climatic conditions specified in the ICH Tripartite guidelines, simulating the conditions of all 4 climatic zones for long-term, intermediate and accelerated testing. Individual design specification will determine the operating temperature within the normal limits of 0ºC and +50ºC. Total humidity control is key and our design specification will determine the operating humidity range within the normal limits of 40% and 90% RH. Humidity is generated on demand by our own high efficiency humidifier featuring ultrasonic transducers and offering many benefits over traditional systems. With no heat output from the system, the need for extra cooling is reduced, whilst the use of low voltage, energy-efficient solid-state transducers ensures silent operation. If floor space is at a premium, why not consider a 'Reach-In' room? These versions provide high capacity storage but with a footprint not much more than a cabinet. Manufactured to the same exacting standards as all Vindon Stability Storage Rooms and available in a variety of sizes and configurations. More information can be found in our Controlled Environment datasheet. Download or view here.

5600-S There are many features that make the 5000 series cabinet unique, each feature yielding a direct operational benefit to the end user. Furthermore, in line with our Company Environmental Policy the design and manufacture of this cabinet is geared towards reduced energy usage and therefore lower cost of ownership. Suitable for all ICH Zone II Drug Stability Tests - long Term, intermediate and accelerated conditions. Our smallest 5000 series cabinet with 400 litre capacity. Integral ultrasonic humidification systems and indirect refrigeration systems ensure low energy usage. Data logging options include strip chart recorder and paperless recorder. Water purification systems also available. More information in our Stability storage cabinets datasheet. Download or view here.

Our mid range 5000 series cabinet is similar to the 5600-S above but with a larger 835 litre capacity and double doors- yet it fits through a standard doorway. Suitable for all ICH Zone II Drug Stability Tests - long Term, intermediate and accelerated conditions. Integral ultrasonic humidification systems and indirect refrigeration systems ensure low energy usage. Data logging options include strip chart recorder and paperless recorder. Water purification systems also available. More information in our Stability storage cabinets datasheet. Download or view here.

Our largest 5000 series cabinet is similar to the 5799-S above but with extra depth and a generous 1260 litre capacity.

1810 This cabinet is designed to meet all ICH Harmonised Tripartite guidelines covering Stability Testing of new drugs and drug products and Photostability Testing. The light source is daylight tubes with enhanced UVa tubes that combine both visible and ultra violet outputs similar to the D65/ID65 emission standard. Initial light outputs are greater than 10,000 lux and 1.48 watts per square meter at all points 200mm from light source. The cabinet will achieve at least 1.2 million lux hours: and at least 200 watt hours per square meter in less than 3 days even allowing for 25% lamp fade over 9,000 hours. The need for a refrigeration system has been eliminated, the cabinet will perform to specifications in normal ambient temperatures up to 21°C. More information in our Photostability datasheet.
